3. Conditions
3.1 Age
VoicyCare is primarily intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 13 may use the app only with parental or guardian consent.

- Violating laws
- Security breaches
5. Restriction of Use
The developer may restrict access to the app without prior notice if the user:
- Violates any provision of these Terms
- Interferes with the operation of the app
- Is otherwise deemed inappropriate by the developer
6. IP
All IP belongs to the developer; you receive only a license.

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction.

Users may not transfer, lend, or pledge any rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without the prior written consent of the developer.
14. End User License Agreement (EULA)
For the iOS version, Appleβs Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies. See: Apple Standard EULA
